Thinking about divorce, going through it, or navigating life on the other side? You don’t have to do it alone. Join other women in a supportive, judgment-free space where we can laugh, connect, and share plans together—because healing is easier (and a lot more fun) when shared.
Discussions will include:
Coping with emotions (grief, anger, relief, hope)
Rediscovering your identity and confidence
Parenting & co-parenting through change
Building healthy boundaries and support systems
Reimagining your future with strength and joy
This group is about joy, connection, encouragement, and healing.
Men's Interests and Issues Focus Group
This focus group aims to create a comfortable, informal environment where men 60 years and older can share insights into programs they would like to be a part of. Information gathered from the session will be used to help inform decision-making around program design and implementation.

Fall Job Stress/Job Search Support Group
Work can be rewarding, but it can also be overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating workplace stress, burnout, or the challenges of a job search, this group offers a safe and supportive space to share experiences, gain insight and psychoeducation—led by an HR executive and counselor-in-training who studies mental health at work—and to find camaraderie through shared stories.
Discussions will include the following themes:
- Coping with stress and workplace anxiety 
- Burnout and exhaustion 
- Setting boundaries with work 
- Navigating difficult coworkers or bosses 
- Balancing career, family, and personal well-being 
- Managing the emotional ups and downs of job searching 
- Staying motivated and confident through career transitions 
- Finding meaning and resilience in your work life 
Together we’ll share stories, strategies, and encouragement — helping each other reduce stress, build resilience, and restore balance during both work and career transitions.
Led by an HR executive and mental health counselor-in-training at Northwestern University, graduating in 2025. With over 20 years of experience in people and culture, she helps individuals navigate workplace challenges, career transitions, and leadership growth. Through her practice, It’s HR Therapy, she creates supportive spaces where people can share openly, gain insights and coping techniques, and build resilience.

Youth Mental Health First Aid training
YMHFA is designed to teach parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, neighbors, health and human services workers, and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis. YMHFA is primarily designed for adults who reglarly interact with young people.

As the new school year approaches, the Hub is excited to host Back to School Confidence Club, a supportive space where middle schoolers can talk and learn about self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-love.

🕔 Time: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
📍 Location: The Philipstown Behavioral Health Hub, 5 Stone Street 
This event is led by Grace Campanile and is designed to help middle school students build their self-esteem and self-confidence as they prepare for the school year ahead.
