What services does the "You Matter!" program offer?
- The program offers scheduled calls with Crisis & Community Care Coordinator, Grace Campanile, to provide support, check in, chat, and discuss individual mental health needs. 
How often will I receive calls from the “You Matter!” program?
- The frequency of calls will be determined based on your individual needs and the personalized plan created for you/with you. 
Is there a cost associated with joining the "You Matter!" program?
- No, the program is completely free for all community members. 
What technology do I need to participate in the program?
- You will need a phone to receive the scheduled calls from Grace. 
What should I do if I need to reschedule a call?
- You can contact The Hub at 845-809-5050 or Grace Campanile directly via email at grace@philipstownhub.org to reschedule your call. 
What if I am having a mental health emergency?
- If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or require urgent assistance, please seek immediate help by dialing 911, contacting a crisis helpline (dial 988), or going to the nearest emergency room. If in crisis when talking to The Hub, we will direct you to call 911, the Stabilization Center and/or Crisis Line.
