Coordinated by the Department of Mental Health, the goal of the Adult SPOA is to ensure timely and appropriate access to intensive services for adults at risk of hospitalizations or residential treatment. The SPOA Coordinator provides case consultation, systems navigation, referral, and linkage to mental health supports and services.
