May is Mental Health month, and this year our MILES FOR MENTAL HEALTH is returning for the 5th year in a row! Join us in the month of May to walk, run, bike, or hike as many miles as you can to support mental health and addiction resources!

The goal of this event is to walk, run, bike, or hike 26.2 miles over the month of May. Just like with mental health, not every day will go as planned. It's okay if you miss a day of running/walking, just pick up where you left off the next day!

All participants will be entered in weekly drawings for gift cards to local Philipstown businesses.
