The Philipstown Behavioral Health Hub is running a three-part series this spring called "Movement for Mental Health."

We are hosting a tango lesson, a family yoga session, and a community hike!

Physical movement combined with community connection creates a powerful catalyst for mental well-being, acting as a stress reliever and a source of support. It releases endorphins, boosts bonding, reduces depression, and fosters a vital sense of belonging.
