Fall Job Stress/Job Search Support Group
Work can be rewarding, but it can also be overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating workplace stress, burnout, or the challenges of a job search, this group offers a safe and supportive space to share experiences, gain insight and psychoeducation—led by an HR executive and counselor-in-training who studies mental health at work—and to find camaraderie through shared stories.
Discussions will include the following themes:
Coping with stress and workplace anxiety
Burnout and exhaustion
Setting boundaries with work
Navigating difficult coworkers or bosses
Balancing career, family, and personal well-being
Managing the emotional ups and downs of job searching
Staying motivated and confident through career transitions
Finding meaning and resilience in your work life
Together we’ll share stories, strategies, and encouragement — helping each other reduce stress, build resilience, and restore balance during both work and career transitions.
